Another nice theme
Mar. 11th, 2012 12:47 pmFound a nice Autumnal theme over at
angels_attic. I love the colours in it and the graphics used. Really must get myself a paid account sometime and try making my own theme.
In other news, I have restarted building the Endeavour and have also started collecting issues for the HMS Victory. HMS Victory Not sure where I am going to put the HMS Victory, as it's quite large.
Construction has started on the HMS Victory, but only slowly at this stage, I'm going to wait until I have the complete keel, bulkheads and 1st deck, before I actually get started on it properly. I only have 9 issues of the HMB Endeavour to come, so really need to get on with it.
The die cast figures will need to be painted, which will be interesting, in the distant past I have painted much smaller figures for Dungeons & Dragons, that I used to play.
Model detail
1:84 scale
Made of wood and metal
Includes all the sails and rigging
PLUS die cast figures of the crew
Overall dimensions
Length: 1250mm (49¼")
Height: 850mm (33½")
Beam: 450mm (17¾"
