New Website Theme - So Hard to Decide

skyfire101Why is it so hard to come up with a new theme for a website. My website has had it's current look for 2 years now, but can I work out something that will look good now. :(
I want to make it look a lot brighter and cheerful. Think the main problem is me not being able to work out what colours work the best together. Link to the website.
